I have the remaining inventory from Excel's Phoenix Harrow. This is a New Old Stock RamLok hydraulic chain lifter cylinder. These were used on all the H series Phoenix harrows (4_EA21). These can be used with many other implements as well.

Unused from dealership that had the remaining Excel Phoenix Harrow parts. 18.5 long from center of pin hole to end. 4_EA21 (Phoenix part number for this cylinder).
